With a focus on developing self awareness, resolving past trauma, releasing emotional blocks, and developing new resources and resilience; our work seeks to access your innate wisdom, gently bring into awareness material that has been unconscious or out of reach, and discovering the vastness of your potential on your journey of healing and growth.

Services

Martha provides a diverse range of services for both individuals and groups. She offers online counseling and psychotherapy sessions, as well as clinical supervision for individuals or small groups. Additionally, Martha provides professional development and training, as well as psychedelic integration sessions. For those seeking a session supported by nature, Martha offers guided forest and nature therapy sessions online and times in person. While Holotropic Breathwork is offered in person, other workshops and services may be available at various locations.
